219 N. Narberth was a contemporary of Edward R. Price's "Lady's Book Village" in the early 1880s, making it one of he earliest houses built in future Narberth. According to its deed history, it must have been built between 1882 and 1884. It was sold by Maria Furey, a Price descendant, to James and Julia Ramsdell, thence to Mary von Williamson, who deeded it to her son William in 1888.
Victoria Donohoe, Montgomery County, The Second Hundred Years, page 432:
Built speculatively opposite Richards's in support of the Price plan, by a fashion industry pattern merchant, was a house bought in 1883 by widow Mary Ann Anderson Williamson. She lived there with her son William von Albade Williamson, clerk of the Third United States Circuit Court of Appeals, and his wife Maria Elizabeth McKean.

The property was acquired by St. Margaret church in 1966; today it is the site of St. Margaret's school parking lot.
