A.k.a. 301 Iona; Giuliani's Cafe 1933—1995
Today would have been Giuliani's 85th Anniversary. On this day in 1933 beer came back, and so began the end of Prohibition. My grandfather [Antonio Giuliani] was issued the 75th PA Liquor License. He sold his carload of beer on the corner of Woodbine & Iona before he could even get it into to the bar, quenching the thirst of Narberth!

Giuliani's, a long time ago! No idea who the men are or who gave it to Dad.
[I] was a very young girl who loved shooting pics of whoever was in view. Sent it to Quinty [Quinton Giuliani] who knew the young man, a sailor from WWII. The man passing…I often waved to as he drove by in his business vehicle. Quinty later told me who he was. His last name was Smith. These pics were taken with a box camera in 1940 which makes me seven years old then.
